1. Digital Products

IkasOnline sells digital products including TTRPG characters, scripts, backgrounds, and music assets. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund in the following circumstances:

• The product is significantly different from its description
• The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• Technical issues prevent you from accessing your purchase

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at info@ikasonline.com within 14 days of purchase
2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
3. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation
4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with your software (please check requirements before purchase)
• Request made more than 14 days after purchase
• Product has been substantially used or modified

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please request a refund for the original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
